Our latest project is involving the entire Wellington South Community!

One Day in South
Wellington - The book
This project will see the Rotary Club of Wellington South produce a coffee-table style book and/or electronic web material plus a multi-media show based around one day in the life of our community- filmed by over 30 photographers on Saturday 25 February 2012

As well as raising money for Charity, (All profits go to charity with the principal beneficiary being the Wellington Children's Hospital) the mere act of launching and completing this project will help achieve President Gordon's stated goals of generating friends of Wellington South, and engaging more with the local community.

One Day in South Wellington required the club to organise and facilitate one day where residents of South Wellington were encouraged to document their community in some way.

Leading Wellington photography, Simon Woolf of Woolf Photography is our technical and artistic advisor, and ran a workshop for the photographers ahead of the shoot day.

We expect to have the book ready for sale in May this year at a cost of $20.00 inc.GST. If you'd like to order yours in advance, we can offer you a special discounted price of $18.00 inc. GST. e-mail your order (no money required in advance) to the webmaster: jim@execam.co.nz
